Lynn has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. As Office Manager, she devises, implements, and executes new procedures to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that Juno’s procedures support each Juno team member and their clients. Prior to shifting her career interests to the world of finance, Lynn spent ten years doing biomedical research for the FDA and NIH, during which time she honed her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and operations management.
Lynn feels her greatest sense of accomplishment in knowing that the Juno team and their clients feel supported and empowered by the structures and procedures that underpin their day-to-day.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her growing family, including 2 adorable grandchildren, and engaging in any activity that involves family and friends.
