Lynn has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. In her client services role, she ensures Juno's client-first culture is emulated throughout every aspect of client interaction. Prior to shifting her career interests to the world of finance, Lynn spent ten years doing biomedical research for the FDA and NIH, during which time she honed her attention to detail and problem-solving skills. These skills are essential to the Juno client service experience.
Lynn feels her greatest sense of accomplishment is when clients view her as a reliable resource and trust her to listen openly and intently, follow up on questions they may have, solve complex issues, and pay close attention to account details.
Lynn and her husband, Paul, enjoy spending time with their three adult children and one grandchild, and engaging in outdoor activities as a family.
