Allison began her career in the retirement industry over a decade ago as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) gaining experience with compliance, plan design, and all aspects of retirement plan administration. While she enjoyed her experience as a TPA, Allison desired a more client-facing role, rather than being “behind-the-scenes”, which led to her current role as a Retirement Plan Specialist.
As a Retirement Plan Specialist, Allison uses her TPA experience on a daily basis as she works directly with clients, serving as a resource to those navigating a Retirement Plan. She was drawn to Juno by their personal touch and strong client relationships as she feels that one-on-one relationships are where she is able to have the biggest impact. Allison finds her greatest sense of accomplishment in knowing her clients can depend on her. When they have questions about their retirement plans, they know exactly who to turn to.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog, taking advantage of all of the events and festivals that Richmond has to offer. She also loves trying out new restaurants and discovering a new favorite book.
